  => launch the given command within metwork/mfext environnent
  => note: the current environnent is cleared before
  =>       (only MODULE_RUNTIME_SUFFIX, MODULE_RUNTIME_HOME and some standard env var (HOME, TERM, DISPLAY...)
            are keeped intact)
